AeA Mission Statement 
AeA (formerly the American Electronics Association), founded in 1943, is a nationwide non-profit trade association that represents all segments of the technology industry and is dedicated solely to helping our members’ top line and bottom line. We do this in partnership with our small, medium, and large member companies by lobbying governments at the state, federal, and international levels; providing access to capital and business opportunities; and offering select business services and networking programs.

AeA Capabilities Statement:

AeA is the largest association of high-tech companies in the United States with about 2,500 companies, representing all segments of the industry and 1.8 million employees. Our primary purpose is helping our members’ top and bottom lines by providing the following services:

1. Access to Investors
For over 35 years, AeA has hosted annual financial conferences to drive investment interest and connect member companies to the financial community.

  • The AeA Classic connects publicly traded member companies with a market cap or revenues from $100M-$4B to 800+ investors and analysts.
  • The AeA Micro Cap showcases publicly traded member companies with a market cap or revenues up to $200M to 400 + investors.
  • The AeA Venture Forums help private companies communicate their business strategies to investors.

2. State, Federal & International Lobbying
AeA leverages the strength, input and diversity of small, medium and large company membership to address and influence legislative and regulatory issues directly impacting your bottom line. AeA-
